Sunspots - Flares - Aurora - Asteoriden

A und B-Class Flares gehören zum Hintergrundflux der in aktiven Zeiten bei B- liegt in Minima Zeiten A-Class Stärke hat. 

C-Class Flares Zeigt erhöhte Tätigkeiten an - als Hinter-grundflux deutet er auf komplexe Magnetfeldstörungen hin und ist meist Vorläufer von Masseauswürfen (CME)

M-Class Flares entstehen bei CME und verursachen R1 und R2 Radio-Blackouts an der Sonnenzugewandten Erdseite. 

X-Class Flares sind "solare" Hurricans und führen zu Black-Outs (R3-R5) sowie zu geomagnetischen Stürmen (G4 - G5) und wirken sich signifikant auf die Abläufe auf der Erde aus. Alle Flares werden in ihrer Klasse (A,B,C,M oder X) benannt mit einer Zahl, welche die Stärke in der Klasse zeigt.
